TELUS International Europe is a multilingual contact center, BPO (business process outsourcing) and ITO (information technology outsourcing) provider, delivering high-quality services since 2004. Responsibilities:
  • Organizes the process of motivation, engagement and retention of company team-members;
  • Coordinates, organizes and conducts onboarding meetings for company team-members;
  • Coordinates, organizes, conducts and reports the gathered feedback from the exit interviews process in the company;
  • Plans and organizes the benefits in the company;
  • Plans and organizes motivational activities for the company team-members;
  • Keeps in touch with vendors providing benefits and other motivational and retention services for company team-members;
  • Coordinates, communicates and promotes company benefits and motivational activities; 
  • Participates in the performance review process;
  • Administrates Workday processes in the role of HR Business Partner;
  • Participates in the relocation and integration process of foreign team-members;
  • Executes the company disciplinary process.
Requirements:
  • Higher education in the field of Human Resources;
  • 2 years of professional experience in motivating, retaining and engaging employees;
  • Excellent level of English - at least B2 level according to the accepted European standards;
  • Very well developed skills for time management, communication and teamwork;
  • Very well developed organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills - experience with MS Office, Windows
