In this role, you will:
  • Be responsible for relations with cleaning company regarding the hygene in the office
  • Be responsible for ordering office materials (stationary) and communication with the vendors
  • Receive all kinds of deliveries (office equipment, stationaries, furnitures) and coordinates with the responsible people from the company
  • Work with spedition companies and custom brokers for custom clearance.
  • Coordinate the work of construction and repair companies in the office(help them access phisically the office and show them where exactly is the problem thay need to fix)
  • Call landlord maintenance copany on a daily basis for problems in the office in Sofia, give access control and shows to the maitenance landlord company to where the problem is.
  • Communicate with the following suppliers: cleaning company, water delivery supplier, vending machines company, car service commpanies, car maintenance companies, office supplies companies, maintenence company, car insurance company
  • Be responsible for purchasing office supplies
  • Be responsible for archive of TTEC Suppliers
  • Monitor the usage of company cars and keeps archive
  • Be owner of the proccess for company cars examinations and maintenace according to the technical requirements of the legislation framework in Bulgaria ( includes annual technical examination, maintenance, tyres check and seasonal change)
  • Be responsible for company cars insurance
  • Take care of chairs & furniture repairing
  • Act as main point of contact for the storage of the company (building 3, ground floor, Sofia Site)

         
If you have/are:

  • Knowledge of facility management principles and techniques
  • Working knowledge of Facilities systems/equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  • High level of integrity, judgment and follow through
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex, on-going tasks and projects
  • Ability to partner successfully with varied groups and people
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Facilities specialist role or equivalent
