Key Account Manager – ONCOLOGY & BIOLOGICS

We are currently looking for a strong and passionate Commercial Professional to join our Oncology § Biologics Team in Bulgaria.

Here are the responsibilites for this position:

  • Build and maintain effective professional customer relationships and supporting access of Mylan products to eligible patients, for hospital and retail accounts 
  • Be the primary contact of communication between the company and health care professionals, to achieve company sales targets
  • Implement the Key account strategy & plan in cooperation with respective functions in the company (e.g. commercial, marketing, supply and medical team), and ensure right support is given to each account to lever growth opportunities.
  • Incorporate business intelligence and strategy about decision makers, HCPs, competitors, as well as hospital and retail consumption; Apply analysis and market understanding to understand key account context;
  • Identify key influencers and design a plan of action: lead the account level engagement with key stakeholders at Physician, Pharmacy and Hospital Administration level
  • Manage relationships with the key stakeholders to ensure the needed control of the critical phases of the hospital tenders in collaboration with the Commercial team;
  • Performance control of key accounts to ensure delivery of targets of the commercial plan in line with the sales force effectiveness performance indicators; Monitor customer usage to determine growth and/or decrease in purchasing patterns.
  • Analyze sales figures and territory data for assigned business line. Interpret findings, draw conclusions, and make written recommendations.
  • Attend national programs, medical conferences as requested, to promote the company and its products and services.
  • Responsible for effective use of the supporting materials provided by the company to maximize the effect of sales.

Here is the required expertise for this position:

  • 1 – 3 years of proven experience in Oncology
  • Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life-sciences 
  • Solid experience and proven track record in Sales and KAM management  
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical market and good understanding of Oncology market
  • Tender expertise
  • Experience in coordinating strategic relationships with customers
  • Very good selling and negotiation skills
  • Good command in English
  • Good command in MS office: Word, Excel, E-mail & PowerPoint 
  • Clear driving license
  • Availability for business travels 50% of the working time
