VIP Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

  • Deliver fast, efficient, knowledgeable services to an account portfolio of approximately 350 high value members
  • Deliver on revenue targets through building your VIP client relationships
  • Profile assigned accounts to develop a deep understanding of spending patterns, seasonality, high and low periods, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with VIP leadership team to establish a framework of individualized incentives and retention offers created to individual member needs while maintaining profitability for the business
  • Work closely with the VIP leadership team to optimize portfolio and develop sales tactics and strategy to ring fence portfolio revenue
  • Develop and execute on overall strategy for building client relationships, account management, lead management and product sales
  • Work with leadership to establish a framework of individualized incentives and retention offers created to cater to individual member needs
  • Accountable for the revenue generated by portfolio

Candidate Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Account Management, Sales, Online Marketing
  • Ability to build personal relationships over-the-phone and in person
  • Results oriented, independent and well organized
  • Previous experience in Gaming or FOREX will be considered an advantage
  • Adaptive to dynamic market changes and ability to identify and seize business opportunities
  • Profitability awareness, sales driven and entrepreneurial approach
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Motivated team player
  • Advanced Excel skills and good analytical skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
