Senior Learning & Development Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The purpose of this role is to support the talent development of the managers and their teams by working closely with HR Business Partners to identify the leadership and other skills needed to support delivery of the company targets.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Supports talent development processes through close work with HR Business Partners and Managers by identifying talent needs;
  • Develops and delivers leadership and others programs via direct approach, online activities, etc.
  • Takes part in the design of assessment and development centers;
  • Evaluates the efficiency of learning programs;
  • Actively supports talent development HR processes – Performance review, Individual development plan, etc.
  • Implementation of corporate development programs and tools in line with the country specifics and corporate standards to help business Growth and leadership development;
  • Examines and builds relationships with consultants and providers of training.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Previous experience in trainings design and delivery – at least 3 years;
  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Clean driving license and ability to travel 30 % of the time to other Sensata’s locations in Bulgaria;
  • Proactive approach, open-minded attitude and creativity;
  • Organized and responsible person.
