Office Assistant

for our two offices in Sofia

We cooperate with other international teams for a wide scope of responsibilities – from business consulting, software development and business operations to IT infrastructure and system platform management. For our two offices in the centre of Sofia we are now looking for a driven individual who will take on the vital role of efficiently running the office and growth of the Company!

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the two offices in all the administrative daily activities;
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the company managers and act as a PA;
  • Ensure office equipment and premises are properly maintained and serviced;
  • Monitor, request and restock office supplies, consumables and equipment inventory when needed;
  • Manage and document local Health and Safety compliance requirements;
  • Assist with the arrangement of meetings, internal events, team-buildings, trainings and business trips;
  • Take active part in the initial onboarding process;
  • Prepare reports and analyses related to the office management.

Your profile:

  • Fluency in English while knowledge in German would be considered an advantage;
  • At least 1-2 years prior experience on a similar position;
  • Computer literacy: SAP, Microsoft Office, ticketing system;
  • Ability to initiate and progress various activities and tasks in an independent way;
  • Pro-activity, readiness to help and support others' work;
  • Confident and Bubbly Personality that quickly adapts to change;
  • Diligent and loyal, quick and effective, responsible, with attention to detail, with a “can-do” attitude.
