Presales Business Consultant

Fadata is expanding globally and this role is key to its growth plan.
This role will be based in Sofia and will report to the Head of Presales department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the sales team to support sales revenue targets;
  • Providing subject matter expertise throughout the sales process;
  • Being involved in the identification of customer needs and solution proposals;
  • Preparing and delivering product demonstrations, presentations and proofs-of-concept to clients;
  • Responding to business and technical queries during the sales process;
  • Coordination and input into the RFI / RFP process;
  • Keeping up-to-date with Insurance market drivers, trends and competitive solutions;
  • Working closely with the product team to provide customer and market feedback;
  • Working closely with other internal teams in Sofia and Internationally;
  • Maintain and update Blueprint Demo Environment;
  • Together with the Presales Technical Consultant, contributes to the creation of Solution Design Documents to be delivered to the Product Manager for core development;
  • Implements software solutions and configures the main platform INSIS application as appropriate to achieve conformity with the client business requirements, including a composition of average- and high-complexity rules in INSIS Rule Engine, ability to set up executable BPM processes, etc.;
  • Willing to travel and work across multiple geographies;
  • Provides input to project estimates after analyzing the proposed development approach and complexity.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Extensive experience in a similar, relevant, commercial client-facing role;
  • In-depth understanding of the Insurance market and Insurance technology from a business perspective including purchasing drivers, market trends and competitors;
  • Strong credibility when working with customers at all levels, up to C-Level;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • An understanding of the technical aspects of Insurance technology is ideal;
  • Fluent English language skills;
  • Ability to react quickly to client requests;
  • Basic knowledge of PL/SQL.
