Description
DEGIRO is a fast growing, online broker active in 18 countries. Currently, we are the market leader in the Netherlands and a top tier player in Europe, executing over 40 billion euro in transactions across 65 exchanges worldwide. DEGIRO is continuing its expansion and for this we are looking for entry-level graduates to enhance our international teams.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming phone calls and emails and action as necessary
- Managing filing systems
- PA support for the Managing Director
- Distribution of incoming/outgoing post
- HR administration
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
- Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
- General administration as directed by the Managing Director
Requirements
- Excellent level of English (both written and spoken)
- Fluent Bulgarian
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 0 – 2 years’ experience
- Experienced user of Microsoft office/ Excel
- Good communication skills
