On behalf of our Client a Technology company with a main focus on digitalisation projects, Manpower is currently looking for a responsible and knowledgeable Manager Transformation. As a part of Solutioning team, you will work closely with the IT Program Manager to maintain and implement each client’s blueprint strategy and how digital solutions can transform the client’s business by actively researching their account and sector.

Manager Transformation

Location: Sofia

Your main responsibilities will be:

Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders & partners and their cross functional teams
Supports the IT Programme Manager in preparation and validation of detailed plans with the account, client and digital teams
Act as main part of a multi-functional team to develop high level and detailed transformation approach that clearly identify required resources, tasks, products, priorities and potential risks
Collaborates with delivery teams to ensure that plans are comprehensive, aligned, and appropriately governed
Supports the IT Program Manager in planning and preparing for next program phases
Ensures management and execution of planned tasks during early lifecycle stages until responsibility transitions to delivery teams

Skills and
Experience

Strong background as a bid/project/programme/agile management methodology
Proven record of participation in planning and scheduling successful IT Transformation projects
The ability to understand and interpret complex business problems and commercial frameworks
Ability to transfer complex ideas into understandable terms for all team members
High learnability and communication skills
Travel in the European region as required
