HR Manager

EXL is a U.S. company that was incorporated in 1999. Our headquarters are based in New York City and we operate over 20 state-of-the-art delivery centers in India, the Philippines, US, Czech Republic, Romania, Malaysia and Bulgaria with sales offices in New York, New Jersey and London.

This role would pre-dominantly ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes in Bulgaria locations, where Employee Connect, Employee Engagement, Compliance & Attrition Management would be the key focus areas.

Duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for fulfillment of HR strategic plan in Bulgaria locations / client relationships, in-line with the Group guidance and requirements
• Cooperate on creation and responsibility of HR strategy implementation and processes in BLG in connection with Global EU HR strategy
• Responsible for recruitment efficiency to ensure high quality of talents across the organization
• Monitor, control and provide relevant feedback to HR key issues (Attrition trends/ Employee concerns/ Employee Engagement) and ensure closure on actions.
• Responsible for communication and reporting to internal clients across the organization
• Designing and implementing effective retention and employee engagement programs
• Responsible for managing staffing plans, managing internal movements and promotions, running the performance appraisal cycle
• Responsibility and ownership for the Payroll and the Payroll related activities including Travel & Expenses, Social Benefits and Insurances
• Progressive Disciplinary Process – manage / communication with employees and supervisor / manager
• Ensure implementation of all policies/ procedures across the BLG locations and drive organizational changes, recognizing the need for customization
• Constantly monitor & manage HR processes and procedures for improvement and to maximize operational efficiency
• Responsibility for implementation of strategic initiatives in Management Development, Talent Retention and Employee Engagement.
• Monitors, develops talents and provides their promotion plans in cooperation with line managers
• Responsibility for correct all HR administration, labor code & C&B process

Experience and skills requirements
• University Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in HR business environment
• Very good knowledge of the local labor legislation and practices
• Fluent in English
• Very good communication, organization, change management skills
• Open mind & business partnership attitude, flexibility
• Good analytic and reporting skills
