- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with KOLs in the therapeutic area of responsibility
- Plan and execute an enterprising approach to customers ensuring the expansion of product value within each territory.
- Identify, lead and execute any meetings/conferences/symposium that benefit our products led by CPL and CL
- Identify and Build relationships and any pre marketing activities with any new group of KOLs needed for further business opportunities
- Execute ad-hoc projects
- Take over Key Customers, especially H Pharmacy management and their procurement departments to be competitive and agile
Data and strategy management:
- Provides insights to leadership team for forecasting short and long term position of designated products on the market
- Consolidate information from the field and present it to the management.
- Tender management (monitors tenders in the country and assess tender potential).
- GTCS submission
- Responsible together with CL for Forecasting, market analysis,…
- Working together with Commercial Lead & CBL, on strategies based on a country needs and specifics,
- Submission of local marketing materials
Team management:
- Ensures effective implementation, together with the team of medical representatives, of designated marketing plans to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Leading the team of local PSR team including coaching, double visits … etc
Qualifications :
- University degree, MD or Sciences.
- Deepened knowledge in healthcare environment and hospital business.
- Accurate knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and designated products.
- Team leadership experience
- Preferably knowing the KOLs for Hospital
- Proficiency in English
- Driving license B category
