This extension uses a proprietary algorithm that tracks and analyses the actions of each and every one of the online store visitors, in order to send them personalized messages, or display personalized ads on Google or Facebook. Retargeting.Biz is looking to expand its team with an innovative and enthusiastic Sales Manager for Bulgaria to make a real difference in the eCommerce world.

As a Sales Manager for Bulgaria, Sofia, you will be part of a fast-growing international organization that works to build Retargeting.Biz into a global leader in Marketing Automation and AI Personalization for online retail. You will report to the Country Manager for Bulgaria of Retargeting.Biz and you will be responsible for effective communication (verbally, visually, and in writing) with the Bulgarian team to determine the scope of work and daily activities, and ensure that the local team meets the Monthly KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead the local sales effort as a Sales Manager for Bulgaria;
  • Research, identify, qualify and develop prospective customers within the target market, the roadmap and the strategy of the company in order to meet long-term targets and KPIs and increase the client portfolio;
  • Proactively approach client needs and propose solution based offers;
  • Ensure that there is always enough pre-prepared leads to work on;
  • Execute sales efforts within the identified priorities and work with the team and Bulgarian customers;
  • Applies the sales strategic plans in order to achieve the company’s key objectives;
  • Gets involved in negotiating and concluding agreements with clients;
  • Acts as a Customer Success player for dedicated accounts;
  • Report and discuss results and KPIs to Country Manager and HQ;
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that is aligned with the country strategy;
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and an elaboration of the user Stories;
  • Follow competitors and the industry;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent English is a MUST;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Advertising, or Economics;
  • Working experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive;
  • Highly responsible, target and customer oriented person;
  • Communication abilities, analytical thinking, flexibility, opened for suggestions, positive thinking;
  • Initiative, proactive, desire for continuous self-improvement;
  • Results-oriented, efficiency and good organizational skills;
  • Ability to both work independently as well as in a team;
  • Previous experience in eCommerce or SaaS platforms is an advantage;
  • Previous experience in Email Marketing is an advantage;
  • Deep knowledge of global and local eCommerce;
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Creative thinker with a vision;
  • Attention to details;
  • REQUIRED is knowledge/experience with the following: SaaS, eCommerce, Sales, Marketing
  • A PLUS is a knowledge/experience with the following: Hubspot, Salesforce, other CRM tools or platforms like Intercom, Trello, Salesforce, Pipedrive;
