Support Specialist Bulgaria

This extension uses a proprietary algorithm that tracks and analyses the actions of each and every one of the online store visitors, in order to send them personalized messages, or display personalized ads on Google or Facebook. Retargeting.Biz is looking to expand its team with an energetic customer oriented Support Specialist for its office in Sofia to make a real difference in the eCommerce world.

As a Support Specialist for Bulgaria, Sofia, you will be part of a fast-growing international organization that works to build Retargeting.Biz into a global leader in Marketing Automation and AI Personalization for online retail. You will be working with clients to provide assistance and to help identify and report software bugs report.  You will also be responsible for effective communication (verbally, visually, and in writing) with the Bulgarian team in the scope of work and daily activities, and ensure that the local team meets the monthly KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding support to clients as a Support Specialist for Bulgaria;
  • Accept, address, respond and successfully close client-support cases by phone, email, Intercom and other platforms used to communicate with clients;
  • Proactively approach client needs and propose efficient and relevant solutions;
  • Ensure and develop the structure for the customer approach for the local market;
  • Follow the strategic priorities and work with the Bulgarian team to ensure the highest retention of customers and achieve the company’s key objectives;
  • Assist your team with their tasks when you can;
  • Acts as a Customer Success player for dedicated accounts;
  • Report and discuss results and KPIs to Country Manager and HQ;
  • Provide suggestion for improvement of software, features and internal processes with a focus on higher customer satisfaction;
  • Follow competitors and the industry;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English is a MUST;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MIS or other relevant to the job;
  • Working experience as Customer support;
  • Technical skills to cover the required client needs;
  • Highly responsible and customer oriented person aiming to satisfy clients;
  • Communication abilities, analytical thinking, flexibility, opened for suggestions, positive thinking;
  • Initiative, proactive, desire for continuous self-improvement;
  • Results-oriented, efficiency and good organizational skills;
  • Ability to both work independently as well as in a team;
  • Previous experience in customer support for eCommerce or SaaS is an advantage;
  • Previous experience in Email Marketing is an advantage;
  • Deep knowledge of global and local eCommerce;
  • Attention to details in dealing with daily calls, emails, troubleshooting cases;
  • REQUIRED is knowledge/experience with the following: SaaS, eCommerce, Google Ads; Facebook Ads;
  • A PLUS is a knowledge/experience with the following: Hubspot, Salesforce, other CRM tools or platforms like Intercom, Trello, Salesforce, Pipedrive;
  • A PLUS is any administrative support;
