Foreign Markets Expansion Manager

As we take on new and exciting challenges, we are looking for an addition to our team to handle a high priority and very responsible role. Foreign Markets Expansion Manager will be tasked with managing the end-to-end process of entering new markets. Emphasis will be on market research and establishing regional subsidiary companies.

Main tasks and duties:

  • Research opportunities for expansion to foreign markets;
  • Gather, analyse and present to the executive team data about market volume, competitors, opportunities;
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with local partners and local representatives of global partners of the company;
  • Coordinate all marketing efforts on market entry;
  • Manage the end-to-end process of establishing a local company;
  • Participates in recruitment and selection of key roles for the regional subsidiary offices;
  • Establishes, maintains and develops relationships with regulatory institutions, potential clients and other concerned parties;
  • Participates in commercial negotiations and presentations;
  • Participates in the management of complex and high value projects.

Key requirements:

  • University degree;
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written);
  • Experience establishing companies in foreign states;
  • Experience in sales, account management, business development;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Business acumen;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Result-driven & persistent.
