DPC (Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. Law Firm) is looking for junior lawyers to join our dynamic team by taking positions Associate I or Associate II (depending on previous experience which will be evaluated during the recruitment process).

About your role

As a junior lawyer in our team, you will support the partners and other fee-earners in their daily work. We provide services in a very wide range of legal areas to a diverse client base, ranging from young entrepreneurial businesses to substantial public and private corporations. While on this position, the type of your work will vary and at different times may involve legal research and analysis, drafting of legal opinions, contracts, and all kinds of documents for various legal proceedings, attending or being part of the team who attends workshops and hearings before various administrative and judicial authorities, taking part in meetings/negotiations with clients and counterparties, and, whenever possible, communicating directly with clients. Also, you will be involved in internal work such as analysis and drafting reports on specific legal matters from various practice areas and helping out our marketing team for publications, events and other activities of the law firm.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
  • Master’s degree in law
  • Strong academic record
  • Fluency in English
  • At least two years of previous experience (applicable to position Associate II only)
  • Any of the following would be considered advantages:
  • Fluency in other languages
  • Previous relevant experience
  • Experience in international law firm(s) or in in-house team(s) of a large corporation
  • LLM or other additional legal qualification from a respected foreign legal education institution
