HR Manager

To help us achieve our strategic goals and growth, we are currently looking for an HR who will play a vital role in forming the culture and structuring the processes together with the management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build a strong business relationship with the management and employees;
• Act as a single point of the consulting contact for the employees and managers;
• Proactively setting and supporting the front-office delivery of all integrated HR Processes;
• Manage complex and difficult back-office HR Projects cross-functionally;
• Actively identify gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
• Submit monthly budgets and participates in the development of the accumulated company budget.
• Create and update JDs, competency models, induction/ on-boarding/ development programs, career paths, succession plans, appraisal forms, etc.
• Consult the management for all people related issues.
• Actively search, explore and support the implementation of innovative HR practices within the organization.
• Owning the recruitment process in the organization (organizing and conducting interviews, providing feedback both to the candidates and the hiring managers, making reports on a regular basis).
• Identify qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, and internet recruiting resources
• Proactive recruitment of passive candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Coordinating and attending career fairs and technical conferences.
• Develop collaborative relationships with universities, career centers and other organizations.
• Explores different recruitment practices and support their implementation within the organization.
• Taking active part in company events and marketing campaigns.
• Expanding the company’s pipeline of candidates and networks.

Key Required Skills:

• Relevant university degree. – e.g. Human Resources Management, Psychology.
• At least 4 years professional experience in HR process Management, recruiting, personnel development and performance evaluations
• Communication and negotiations skills
• Project management and change management skills
• Strong time management and priorities management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Labor Law knowledge skills - a MUST!
• Professional experience in people management.
• Fluency in English.
