About Red River Bulgaria

Established in 2011 as a sourcing company part of the stock listed company Amsterdam Commodities N.V., Red River Bulgaria has a long standing solid reputation which serves as the basis for its business activities. The company specializes in trading within a select group of products (mainly edible seeds) to the confection, spice and bakery industry. Our leading position in the industry has been realized through entrepreneurship, reliability, passion for our products and commitment to our customers. Our central office is located in the town of Varna, conveniently located close to the major international ports of Black Sea. Working closely together with our mother company in Netherlands, we act on a truly global basis. To strengthen and expand our internationally operating commercial team, we are currently looking for an Office Manager / Office Assistant with English

Tasks & Responsibilities

Good balance between existing and new tasks and with a strong focus on self-organisation will be the key drivers for this position. The usual activities include:

Welcoming guests and visitors
Assist in various senior administration tasks and activities
Make minor edits on Word, Excel and PowerPoint Files
Dealing with correspondence, couriers, mail and queries
Managing the stock levels of office supplies, and order new when necessary
Managing and streamlining company paperwork between clients and offices in Netherlands and Bulgaria
Providing support and assistance to General Manger , HR, Accounting, Sales and Procurement with general company paperwork and document archives
Preparing, monitoring and analysing excel tables for different administrative purposes
Coordinating customers related issues with the responsible party

Requirements & Qualifications
  • English & Bulgarian language skills in writing and speech is a basic condition
  • At least 1-2 years prior experience on a similar position
  • Bachelors or Master degree in relvant field of study
  • Ability to initiate and progress various activities and tasks in an independent way.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and functions 
  • Pro-activity, readiness to help and support others' work
  • Ability to perform well under low supervision
  • Communication skills: interactive, helpful and friendly
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, PowerPoint)  – expert level
  • Diligent and loyal, quick and effective, responsible, with attention to detail, with a “can-do” attitude
