We are a leading provider of Web hosting and technical support services for companies worldwide. Since we had opened the office in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2002, we managed to attract many talented and motivated people and helped them develop their potential. As our company is expanding in different areas we are currently looking for:
Customer Service/ Support Associate based in Sofia.
Required skills:
- Fluent in English - written
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent written communication skills
- Must have patience and tact, maintaining a positive attitude
- Is attentive to the needs of customers. Responds quickly and competently to customer requests
- Ability to work well in a team
The following are a PLUS:
- Experience in Customer Services and live chat
- Experience in High Tech industry
- Detail-orientated and highly organized personality
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Recommendations from previous employers
- Ability to make decisions and improvise based on the situation

Position summary:
• Provide excellent customer support via ticketing system/ live chat
• Support billing question and answer for customer daily
• Interact with and respond to special needs of customers
• Display a pleasant, helpful, courteous attitude toward customers
• Review payment and fraud prevention report
• Maintain organization of information and personal space
• Tasks as assigned by Manager or higher
