What we’re looking for

The person will participate in the process of personnel administration in the company according to Bulgarian legislation and will be providing administration support to all employees on all related matters.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining all documents related to personnel administration as new hires, leavers, absence
  • Administration of personnel files in compliance with the company policies and Bulgarian legislation
  • Processing and maintaining HR data systems in a timely manner
  • Preparation of various HR reports and analysis
  • Advise employees on questions related to benefits, HR policies and procedures
  • Support the HR team in different company events and initiatives
  • Participation in creating, implementation and development of different HR processes and good practices
  • Work in collaboration with Operations team, Recruitment, Training, Accounting and IT


  • Relevant University degree
  • Strong interests in the HR Administration field
  • Previous experience in HR Administration - 1year
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent English and excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Person with attention to details and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Team player, able to multitask
  • Positive and can-do attitude
