As a recruiter at HedgeServ, you will help us find exactly those kinds of candidates and help us make them part of our growing technology organization here in Sofia.

You will help us spread the word about our opportunities and work with our leaders in Sofia and around the world to add talented people to our teams.

This is an opportunity for you to work closely with people who have global experience in growing technical teams. 

You will be working with us every step of the way from understanding the needs of our teams, to identifying candidates, to enabling a great interview experience. You will ensure that every person who comes through our process leaves with a positive impression, whether we hire them or not.

We are hiring in all areas of technology - Software Developers, Infrastructure engineers, Cloud engineers, Testers, Business Analysts and Support teams. This is an opportunity to apply your experience to the areas that you know and to enhance it in the areas that may be new to you.

Your contribution to the team:

  • Identify candidates through a variety of paths, including social media, networking, and others.
  • Advertise roles on careers pages, job boards & social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Manage the recruitment process to create a great experience
  • Work together with hiring teams to understand needs
  • Understand prospective candidates existing skillset and desired career path to match candidates to hiring teams
  • Provide feedback to hiring teams in order to continue to improve our hiring and induction process, including reports and metrics
  • Partner with office leaders to identify additional areas to invest in to grow our technology team
  • Increase HedgeServ’s visibility and recognition among the technology community here in Sofia
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure the job descriptions are up to date and outline the competencies required for the role
  • Build a strong employer brand to create a positive candidate experience
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring process
  • Participate in job fairs or external branding opportunities as required


Who’s right for the job:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Technology or related field
  • 3 or more years recruitment experience in general with technology recruitment experience a huge plus
  • Hands on experience with all elements of the recruitment & selection process (interviewing, employment law requirements, reference checking, etc.)
  • Understanding of technology field or strong desire to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter, unafraid to reach out and make connections
  • Good organization skills with an attention to detail
  • Desire to be part of a growing, energetic team
  • Fluency in English
