Sales / Business Consultant with French

About the Role:

With a combination of Industry Knowledge and Sales Techniques, your job is to convince senior international professionals to interview with our exclusive client base. This is done by cold-calling candidates from our extensive database, LinkedIn and other resources.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Study our clients’ complex job profiles and understand how to technically qualify candidates
  • Candidate searching via recommendations, CRM and professional websites to identify target candidates.
  • Cold-call senior professionals and sell the opportunity to work for our Clients.
  • Introduce our company and register candidates in our network.
  • Manage candidates through the interview process by understanding their needs and closing them on the position.
  • Update our CRM system (candidate database) on a daily basis.
  • Reviewing and Managing CV’s. 
  • Building and maintaining a trusted network of industry professionals and clients across the world

Essential Skills:
  • Fluent French and good English language Skills (Verbal and written) 
  • University Educated (or equivalent work experience)
  • Previous Telesales / Sales experience (there will be no face to face sales in this position)
  • Charismatic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure and work in a heavily targeted sales environment
  • An abundance of confidence without arrogance
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Hardworking, proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving targets
