We are now looking for a number of Recruitment Specialists to join our expanding Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence we are building in Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval until offer acceptance
  • Project management of medium to complex projects across DACH region, including budget management, coordination of vendors, acting as SPOC for projects spreading to different countries
  • Consults hiring managers on the hiring process and develops a strategic sourcing plan to ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates.
  • Identifies key sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of labor market, competition and external talent.
  • Proactively source candidates via social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing)
  • Maximizes the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs
  • Provides regular candidate pipeline overviews and reports for key hiring projects


• Previous experience in recruitment or another HR/related field
• Autonomous strategic thinker, team player and change driver - makes things happen
• Superior communication (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all employee groups and levels (executives, managers & employees)
• Fluent English language skills
• Fluent German language skills will be considered as a strong advantage
• Motivated team player with a passion for recruitment
• Able to deal with ambiguity and changing landscapes
• Excellent presentation building and delivering skills, ability to present at executive level
