Office Assistant

Your role:

On the position of an Office Assistant, you would be supporting the administration process and helping employees at all levels for general inquiries and administrative issues. The role expects you to be communicative and collaborative, attentive to detail and with strong organizational and time management skills.



Responsibilities:

  • To organize and process the documents’ flow regarding office supplies’ orders, internal documents and requests, facility maintenance activities, etc.:
  • To assist employees with information about general inquiries and administrative issues;
  • To coordinate and support variety of facility maintenance activities with regards to planning office reconstructions, office decoration, etc.;
  • To support senior and top management by managing their schedules, booking flights, making reservations, etc.;
  • To regularly update the corporate social media pages with all relevant information;
  • To propose changes and improvements in order to ensure a better working environment;
  • To do internal and external mail communication, phone calls, etc.


What do you need to be successful and join our team of winners?

  • Excellent command of English – both written and spoken;
  • At least 2 years of a previous professional experience on a similar position;
  • Previous professional experience as a Personal Assistant would be considered an advantage;
  • Previous professional experience in an international working environment would be considered an advantage;
  • Previous professional experience as an interior designer or similar;
  • Previous professional experience with social media and content writing;
  • Excellent computer literacy: MS Office, Photoshop;
  • A highly organized person with attention to detail and able to deliver within short deadlines;
  • A natural multitasker, who is able to perform great under pressure and set priorities;
  • A team player with strong communication and interaction skills;
  • A loyal and dedicated person, flexible with the working hours.
