Quality Control Specialist with English and German

Your role:

On the position of a Quality Control Specialist in our organization, you will be expected to ensure a regular monitoring of sales department’s customer service performance and delivery following our formal internal framework, standards and agreed SLAs and KPIs. The position is vital for the overall customer service delivery because it is the one that keeps the employees’ performance up to the highest quality standards by ensuring daily monitoring of all service channels (outbound calls, e-mail and live chat communication), and providing both sales advisors and managers with regular and objective feedback.


  • To oversee all aspects of quality assurance including call monitoring (outbound calls), evaluation, and calibration scoring for guidelines violation identification and preparing respective summaries;
  • To ensure accurate tracking and record keeping of the gathered information;
  • To keep up to the pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform the functions of the job;
  • To prepare feedback forms and provide the Quality Manager with regular verbal and/ or written reports based on the observations;
  • To provides both sales advisors and managers with structured and timely recommendations for improvements in performance;
  • To escalate issues and problems out of the regular cycle of the activity;
  • To collaborate with employees at all levels in order to identify and streamline processes which need to be changed, improved or implemented;
  • To interact, communicate actively and partner with QA team members in order to identify improvement zones and propose improvements;

What do you need to be successful and join our team of winners?

  • Excellent command of English and German – both written and spoken;
  • At least 1 year of a previous/ relevant professional experience in the area of customer service/ business processes/ technology support;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interaction skills and ability to positively influence over others;
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with others and liaising with both individuals and groups of people;
  • Excellent e-mail writing writhing skills;
  • High level of creativity and strong abilities to embrace and implement change;
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Willing to go that extra mile to ensure outstanding results;
  • А highly organized individual, with a careful eye for detail and able to deliver within tight deadlines;
  • Flexible and dynamic and a natural multitasker with swift and agile mind;
  • Performing best in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
