What you should have
  • University degree – preferably in the area of Human Resources, Marketing, Economics or Business
  • Professional experience will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Articulate with a high standard of verbal and written clarity in English and Bulgarian
  • Works as a team member and acts with respect and integrity
  • Ability to drive ideas forward
  • Ability to multitask and to work under pressure
  • Ability to learn and adapt
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
What you will do
  • Conducting workforce planning – Working closely with hiring managers in order to come up with a strategy for finding the right candidates for the right role; providing credible and consultative advice and support during the entire recruitment lifecycle, providing regular market information
  • Building an employer brand - Identifying career fairs, technical conference and other events where the company could participate; articulate the organization’s Employee Value Proposition to candidates and current employees as well as the business model, goals and position in the market.
  • Source and recruit candidates - Job ads preparation & posting, pre-screening of CVs, interviewing candidates, applying relevant assessment tools and coordinating the overall recruitment and selection process;
  • Leverage recruiting technology - Develop collaborative relationships with universities, career centers and other organizations; explores different recruitment practices and support their implementation within the organization.
  • Develop an effective onboarding program – supporting the hiring managers to ensure continuous improvement and harmonious relationships with employees
  • Utilize the data analysis - Implement simple, effective and trackable resourcing, record keeping and administration processes that are accurate and up to date at all times; conducting supply, demand, gap and solution analysis
  • Marketing and sales activities - Taking active part in company events and marketing campaigns
