The role is part of the Purchasing Operation tower with responsibility to create purchase orders, direct shipments and intercompany orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates standard, direct and intercompany orders, via Ingram Micros ERP system
  • Assure pricing correctness in the line with the responsible sales or purchase representative in the local country
  • Follow up with vendor or the transportation companyn the delivery of the shipments
  • Entering orders in vendor online tools
  • Return to vendor

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, second foreign language is an advantage
  • Perform duties with accuracy and a strong degree of urgency;
  • Multi-task and respond to rapid change
  • Ability to prioritize and perform work;
  • Meeting tight deadlines
  • University degree
  • Work experience in the field of customer support or data entry is an advantage
  • Moderate knowledge of general computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel);
