JOB SUMMARY

- Level 2 Technical Support Specialist provides direct support to Level 1 agents to resolve our Client’s (world biggest computer technology company) customer cases.
- Level 2 Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing, to external customer accounts, telephone/email/chat, online, social media and remote diagnostic technical support of desktops, portables, peripherals (e.g., printers, projectors, etc.) and software custom or off the shelf software.
- S/he answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
- Responsible for following defined policies and procedures.
- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent command of Polish and English
- Previous experience on similar role is an advantage
- Previous experience in technical support is an advantage
- Knowledge of computing technology including hardware, data storage, operating systems, software applications, peripheral devices, and external connectivity is a must.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Positive and open-minded attitude
- Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal oriented
