JOB SUMMARY

- Responsible for ensuring that the cases are actively reviewed and responded to within the
established service level objectives
- Ensures that cases that require a resolution are effectively managed and solved by assisting with process knowledge
- Provides feedback and coaching about case handling to the frontline agents and calls out opportunities for improvement
- Ensures that the ownership guidelines are properly followed in each of the customer cases
- Resolves complex issues escalated from less- experienced team members
- Responsible for indirectly impacting Customer Experience by ensuring appropriate case
handling by the front line agents

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent command of Czech/Slovak and English
- Previous experience on similar role
- Previous experience in technical support
- Knowledge of computing technology including hardware, data storage, operating systems, software applications, peripheral devices, and external connectivity is a must.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Positive and open-minded attitude
- Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal oriented
