Business Development Manager
The company is now expaning its business in the international markets, such as China, India, the USA, Japan, Korea and Turkey. For this purpose, we are looking for a Business Development Manager:

The Business Development Manager will have responsibilities that include:
a) Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

b) Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

c) Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.

d) Participate in pricing the solution/service.

e) Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

f) Develop and maintain professional relationships with all key accounts.

The ideal candidate of Business Development Manager will have:

• A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience. Major in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field from an accredited university.

• Experience working within the fields of CE Marking is preferred.

• Excellent PC skills including, but not limited to: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Foreign language such as Italian, Greek, German, Spanish or Polish is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel.

The working place is in Sofia, Bulgaria.
