Technical Support

Income Access, Paysafe is looking for a highly motivated, effective and strategic IT Merchant Services Manager with an interest in working in a fast-paced digital environment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer support, problem determination (problem analysis and identifying the sources of the issues), and the ability to provide technical support for our software platform and business data analysis.

The goal of this role is to provide clients with technical support, to identify trends and software solutions to better our client’s business, and to ensure that our client’s technical needs are met.


  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective client support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients who require general technical support and requests related to our proprietary software, effectively delegate and manage these support items and ensure that the client’s needs are met.
  • Analyze the technical issues identified by clients and through thorough analysis determine the cause of these technical issues. Keep the client informed on the results of the analysis and ensure that the issue is resolved within an appropriate time-frame.
  • Resolve basic front end technical problems.
  • Support internal departments with general technical support.

The IT merchant service position offers the opportunity to build and foster relationships with clients and will provide you with the insight and technical experience to help build and develop the skills to propel your career to the next level.

Candidate requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required; French communication skills is an asset
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Comfortable learning new software and working in a technical environment
  • Quickly adaptable to new web-based technologies and concepts
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot front end technical problems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail, analyticaland strong organizational skills
  • Self motivated and keen to demonstrate initiative
  • Adaptable team player, and ability to balance between creativity and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and fun environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an interest in web-based technology
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML
  • Knowledge in e-commerce and/or internet marketing is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of affiliate or other digital marketing fields are an asset
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a customer service environment (internet based recommended)
  • College background in Computer Science, Information Systems or 1-2 years of applicable experience.
