EMEA Recruitment Project Lead

For a new international project we are looking for:

EMEA Recruitment Project Lead

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a transformational environment and will have a strong ability to lead and influence both internal and external customers. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence and build relationships will be critical.  An in-depth understanding of the strategic hiring processes, recruiting, compliance, recruiting management, and key recruiting metrics are essential competencies for this role. The role focuses on high-level candidate relationship management, customer focus, quick turnarounds and consistent responsiveness in a client facing activity.

 Key responsibilities of the EMEA Recruitment Project Lead will include but are not limited to, the following:
  • Focus on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent for roles across  EMEA;
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of your allocated requisitions;
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pool for IT and professional-level roles;
  • Communicate regularly with client representatives on the progress of the project, specifically highlighting any specific challenges and proposing solutions. Update client representatives on market conditions agreeing on candidate attraction strategies for future demand;
  • Analyze and understand the changing business needs, and competitive landscape, and develop strategies;
  • Identify, attract, and present professional level candidates utilizing a variety of sources; 
  • Maintains the accuracy of the complete hiring process within the applicant tracking system;
  • Coaches team members how to effectively conduct crucial conversations with candidates/hiring managers;
  • Routinely provides performance feedback;
  • Participates in the hiring, training and development of new hires;
  Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience;
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a lead/executive recruiter role or as a supervisor/manager;
  • 2+ years’ experience in managing others directly or indirectly in a peer group or in direct management;
  • Experience in conducting searches using a variety of channels including direct sourcing, social networking, internet tools, search firms and other creative search approach;
  • Clear proven history demonstrating ability to establish a consultative rapport with hiring partners or client representatives;
  • Self-directed problem solver and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment;
  • General ability to develop & implement strategies and provide strong customer service to external stakeholders;
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management’s skills;
  • Strong people management skills;
  • Effective communications skills;
  • Tech Savvy;
  • Time management with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure;
  • Ability to influence events rather than passively accept them;
  • Ability to identify necessary change and improvement;
  • Good IT skills including the ability to work with databases;
  • Proficient written and verbal English skills;
