Scope of the role and responsibilities:

• To manage effectively designated team work-flow to achieve targets set.
• To act as an escalation point for the team where a decision is need on difficult accounts.
• To build strong relationships with key customers to ensure the end goal of target achievement is reached
• To ensure compliance with work instructions and strategies and absolute compliance with corporate guidelines encompassing in particular ethical and financial rules.
• To “people-manage” specific team – involving all aspects of Human resources including, coaching, counseling, mentoring, motivation, corrective action and concern resolution, development and appraisal – to achieve and maintain optimal performance levels. The Team Leader is a role model for the team in terms of leadership, motivation and positive behaviors.
• To provide senior management with timely and accurate reporting that captures forecasting, performance trend metrics and actionable management information.
• To ensure strict adherence to internal and sarbox controls.

Background, skills, experience and qualifications:

• Fluent Spanish (Portuguese language will be considered an advantage)
• 2+ years of experience on a Team Lead or similar role involving people management activities, organizational activities preferably in an international environment
• Able to work independently, to act as point of contact for any escalations, to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills.
• Financial & commercial awareness / good numerical skills.
• Demonstrate a customer focused and target focused orientation
• Resilient under pressure and able to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands.
• Adaptable to a changing environment
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel skills) and a good command of English language
