Channel Administrator with French Language

Channel Administrator with French Language (1-year assignment)

The position is a regional role accountable for performing general and specific administrative support tasks. The role supports the front and back end processes for the partners of HPE.

  • Provides tool support (logistic, technical, financial, warranty related) for one of the regions EMEA;
  • Creates POs/proceeds with calculations for partner reimbursement;
  • Interacts with Partners to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services; organizes tools trainings for Partners;
  • Follows standard processes and procedures, identifies and escalates priority issues, redirects problems to appropriate resource;
  • Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining Partners’ and clients’ business
  • Ensure KPIs, BIMs are achieved every month;
  • Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; compares data from different sources to draw conclusions; uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; 
  • Good communication skills verbal and written;
  • Fluency in French language;
  • Very good English language; 
  • University Degree; 
  • Good organization skills, accuracy, ability to work under stress;
  • Adaptability to dynamic and multi-cultural work environment;
  • Knowledge of MS Office Package;
