Payroll Integration Lead

Mission of the role:

Developing hands-on integrations using Workday (Global HR System) and other GfK-defined technologies. Supporting Payroll Integrations using Workday and GfK's Framework across region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the IT team to create, maintain and support GfK defined Integration methodology
  • Work closely with the IT (EAI) and with local payroll team and users to confirm the integration requirements identified
  • Engage with 3rd party payroll and external vendors to ensure integration requirements are met
  • Support the end to end payroll testing during all phases of each project cycle
  • Report and escalate integration issues/points to the Project Manager, Testing Lead, and other relevant parties

Experience, skills and competencies required:

  • University degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, 3 of which in payroll
  • Experience in project management environment
  • IT middleware / integrations experience (nice-to-have)
  • Excellent command of English language – both written and spoken
  • Proficient user of HR systems and MS Office
  • Highly organized person with ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills also in a virtual environment
