International Mobility Specialist
As a International Mobility Specialist, the person will be focused on international mobility activities and participate in other areas of Compensation and Benefits like administration of the share plan, bonus plans, salary reviews, reporting, controlling, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

International Mobility
• Contribute to the preparation and follow up of international mobility cases on feasibility, legalization and package calculation.
• Run simulation for the compensation packages
• Ensure compliance with local legislations for employees’ temporary assignments abroad and permanent transfers
• Coordinate assignments with multiple stakeholders (local HR Officers, HR Managers, etc.)
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations and relationships with external providers
• Maintain and improve the process for tracking transfers and ensure policies and procedures are respected
• Act like a consultant for all International mobility related matters
• Ensure consistent application of the International mobility policy worldwide
• Coach and assist in development of new team members.
• Monitor mobility cost.

Share Plan Administration:
• Assist with the administration of the company’s equity program and ensure that all equity transactions are accurately processed and settled in a timely manner
• Assist in maintaining all equity-related files and paperwork, including legal documents, grant agreements, termination letters, etc.
• Assist in compiling various reports to provide accurate reporting to key business partners including payroll, accounting, regional HR team
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, as needed

Data Management:
• Tracking and reporting of the International mobility overall and regional costs
• Monitoring of the benefits and variable payments under International Mobility

Support ad hoc HR projects or other duties if required:
• Support and get involved in the international mobility global and regional projects
• In charge of the data quality for some of the HR processes
• Collaborate with the team in the management of the various process and projects
• Support and perform various projects and duties, as required
• Conduct analyses regarding compensation and benefit programs to meet business objectives
• Support the HR Team with compensation related matters such as job leveling, benchmarking activities, market studies and salary structure analysis and updates.
• Play a role in year-end compensation planning process

Knowledge and Experience:
Experience (including number of years): Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, prior experience in International Mobility or Stock Administrator, preferable in a multicultural and fast-paced environment

Knowledge: Excel proficiency, good command of the Office package (Word, Power point, Access)

Education: Master degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Economics or similar suitable degree
Languages: English (Fluent) both written and verbal

Technical/ Functional skills:
• Excellent Windows Office knowledge, especially Advanced Excel
• Cross functional and cross country collaboration
• Proficient and hands-on experience entering data and using HRIS software
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Expected to handle and maintain confidential information with integrity

You are able to conceptualize numbers and research in a way that conveys meaning and impact to colleagues and leadership.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.

Problem solving:
Not in the front line, not directly responsible for building a strategy – very focused on operational. The jobholder needs to be result oriented, multitasked and capable to think independently.

Interactions/ interface:
Regional function part of the Compensation & Benefits center of expertise – Interaction with HR team (HRBP, Regional and Global HR Team), line managers, employees
