Back Office Customer Support Specialist with German/ Spanish/ Italian/ French/ Portuguese/Arabic

Requirements:

 To be fluent in German/Spanish/Italian/French/Portuguese/Arabic 
 To have intermediate level of English
 To enjoy communication with people and resolve cases
 To have the drive and ambition to succeed and progress within the company
 To be familiar with the financial markets – an advantage
 Financial/Economic background or education will be considered as an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

 Communication with existing and potential clients via chat and email
 Staying up to date with the worlds' economic situation and financial markets
 Supporting new and existing accounts
 Provide information about financial instruments and services of the company
 Managing the CRM and inputting client data
 Multitasking capabilities and ability to work well under pressure
 Working on shifts: 24/7 ( starts from 8:00, 10:00, 13:00, 17:00, 22:00)
 Experience in Call-Center will be an advantage
