Key Account Specialist
Studio Moderna is the biggest direct-marketing company in the CEE region reaching more than 400 million consumers through its multi-channel distribution network. The Company owns TOP SHOP, one of the best-known TV shopping brands in the region, which markets online and through dedicated TV programming, subsequently selling products via its multi-channel platform. Studio Moderna also develops and sells its own proprietary products under the well-known brand names DORMEO, KOSMODISK and DELIMANO.

Due to expanding its activity, Studio Moderna Bulgaria is looking to hire a Key Account Specialist
About the position:
Being a part of the Studio Moderna team, the key account specialist will 
• Prticipate in the creation and execution of the sales and marketing plan of the Wholesale and Loyalty (Business to Business )department. 
• Work on creating and expanding the company’s network of business clients
• Be able to work and negotiate with the market leaders of modern trade in Bulgaria and develop relationships in traditional trade
• Be part of a positive and constructive environment that promotes learning and excellence
• Be able to develop and excel their professional skills

Your responsibilities will include
• Manageing and developing existing accounts
• Working with key retailers to increase revenue and ensure that new opportunities in the clients are investigated and developed under direct support and guidance of the wholesale manager.
• Analysis and reporting of sales figures and forecast future sales volumes on the client level.
• Assist in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets of the department
• Manage stock levels and demand planning

• Implement promotional activities agreed at department and company level, under direct supervision of the department manager
• Assist in the organization and implementation of ongoing and planned loyalty programs 
• Assist, participate and lead in negotiations with partners
• Prepare reports for top management and central 
• Monitor stock availability on local and central level and work with Stock Manager to optimize stock levels

• University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar
• Excellent command of English
• Previous experience on a similar position 2 years or more
• MS Office
• Precision in fulfilling tasks and attention to detail 
• Efficiency and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communicative skills
• Positive attitude and personality
• Proactive and dynamic attitude towards challenges
