The Job
In Europe East we in a way of establishing Business Unit for Obesity with the objective to build the local obesity markets and establish Novo Nordisk as a leading company in the Obesity area.

Your role will be to start developing obesity business in Bulgaria. You will be responsible for country strategy development, ensuring and supporting implementation through your leadership.
This position will cover following areas: building and ensuring execution of local Obesity strategy and tactics e.g.: brand awareness, business strategy, planning and ensuring execution of both internal & external communications, territory activities, creating awareness of Novo Nordisk in the Obesity Market as well as continued sales and market follow-up.
You will report to Business Unit Obesity Manager, BA Europe East. The position will be based in Bulgaria with daily cooperation with BA Europe East.

Essential responsibilities
• Develop & implement & adapt both strategic and tactical plans in alignment with Global and Regional BA Europe East directions in Bulgaria
• Deliver both Sales & Marketing objectives as agreed in AB (Sales & Market Share)
• Gain customer insight and internal feedback

To succeed in this role, you need
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• 5-7 year experience in pharma with proven success
• entrepreneur approach and ability to prioritise are crucial
• sales and marketing experience preferably with in field experience
• scientific degree (preferably Medicine, Pharmacy)
• experience in private market is added value (pharmacy and wholesaler)
• KOLs and territory management experience
• high personal leadership and good communication skills
• ability and willingness to travel extensively
• fluent English (spoken and written): work in international team
• optimism and empathetic attitude
