Project Assistant

Team Description & Purpose of the Role:

The Central Delivery Project Management team is composed of highly-skilled individuals covering a range of disciplines including project management/coordination, service delivery, supplier management, and close collaboration with the RCSCs, Fields and Project Management team to ensure highest quality in delivery of customer service solutions.
The position is an ideal entry level opportunity for professionals who wants to make their first exciting steps in Project Management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Management with various administrative tasks
  • Be actively invloved in internal projects related to delivery of services to our clients
  • Report weekly to line manager on completed projects tasks and services delivered, overdue services, estimations for future deliveries as well as third suppliers delivery
  • Close monitoring of Product & Service orders according to agreed contractual dates with internal updates to stakeholders
  • Provide timely status to the customer (and sales) flag, escalate and resolve any issue occured during the process of delivery
  • Liaise with internal organizations and customer to ensure timely delivery of service
  • Produce, maintain and present the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) by way of weekly reporting within the team.
  • Point of contact for the customer and internal parties involved in the project

Experience Required:

  • Univsersity degree in Management related specialty would be an advantage
  • 1+ years of experience in complex administrative position
  • Understanding or interest in Telecommunications
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to operate in a cross-functional matrix-management environment
  • Attention to detail and highly structured approach to work management and time management
