ECM Solutions Technical Support Analyst (ECM)
ProcessFlows UK LTD – Branch Bulgaria (part of Konica Minolta UK group) is a rapidly expanding British Company with offices in Sofia. We specialise in providing I.T. based solutions to a wide variety of industry sectors, both private and public, throughout the UK.

We are now seeking another Helpdesk Support Analyst to join an existing growing team.

Overview:

The Helpdesk Support Analyst is responsible for fielding and resolving technical issues by utilising internal systems, troubleshooting utilities, and support processes. The position requires close communication with multiple departments while maintaining issue ownership. Full training resulting in Industry recognised qualifications will be given to the right applicant.

Requirements:
• Good overall technical skills and knowledge in Microsoft Server-Client side environment, MS SQL Server, Basic Networking, Web Server (IIS), MS Office Suite
• Ability to learn new technologies and quickly put newly gained knowledge to practice
• Good analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Customer service experience

Experience with any of the following fields would be advantageous:
• Document Management software
• Imaging capture software
• Help desk and application support
• Software troubleshooting/diagnostics
• Process automation/Workflow

Position Responsibilities:
• Provide support to our customers and partners while being an advocate for their requests.
• Maintain ownership and follow through consistently on communication of all Support Issues ensuring the timely resolution of customer requests
• Constantly increase your knowledge of the supported product suite and other related technologies
• Maintain our existing Support and product Knowledge Base
• Communicate in a courteous and professional manner that inspires confidence in your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Understand and abide by escalation procedures and interdepartmental policies
