Recruitment Consultant
Modis IT Outsourcing is an international services company part of the Adecco Group family. Together with our parent company, we deliver IT outsourcing services from over 60 countries and territories around the world.
In Modis Bulgaria, we effectively deliver IT-enabled business process, application services and infrastructure solutions for business outcomes. Our goal is to enable enterprises to reduce costs, accelerate time to market, and take advantage of external expertise, assets and/or intellectual property.

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will contribute to the company’s development with his/her expertise, ambition and passion.

What you would do as a Recruiter:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience;
  • Advertise all vacancies through appropriate media;
  • Arrange and conduct interviews with candidates and manage technical/ lingual testing;
  • Evaluate the level of knowledge of English language of candidates;
  • Manage deadlines as per ramp-up plans agreed with client;
  • Manage the offer process to completion by ensuring signing of employment contracts and guaranteeing start dates;
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external hiring managers;
  • Work in close collaboration with the recruitment team;
  • Support the process of training of new members in the team;
  • Research new avenues of advertising and sourcing candidates through market research;
  • Involvement in other projects /tasks as required to add value and continually improve the overall process;

What you need to have before applying:  
  • One year of recruiting experience;
  • Experience in a similar outsourcing environment will be considered as an advantage;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant specialty;
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met;
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative;
  • Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in international & culturally diverse organization;
  • Exquisite planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment;
  • Excellent Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent German Language would be an advantage;
