Security and Compliance Administrator

he Security and Compliance Administrator promotes and supports continued compliance and certification of the company’s Management Systems and assists with administrative tasks and management of and participation in security and compliance support requests. This role also includes the support of improvement projects and legal compliance requirements in other locations. The role is also to own group reporting activities on relevant metrics (i.e., service metrics, resource utilisation). The role includes the preparation of compliance audit data by compiling and analysing internal and external information where relevant. The role provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies; and completing projects in support of compliance auditors.


Compliance

  • Maintain administrative systems and procedures for the Security and Compliance Team and assist with their integration where appropriate;
  • Support Management Review process by obtaining relevant info, assist in compiling slide decks and taking minutes;
  • Prepare compliance audit data by compiling internal and external information, where relevant.
  • Support Health & Safety functions across the Group;
  • Assist with the development & maintenance of related documents e.g. manuals, procedures, guidance & forms;
  • Support the team in delivering training and awareness programmes;
  • to manage internal process, tracking data for investigations and corrective / preventive action; tracking status and actions for investigations; and
  • managing the corrective actions log.

Administration

  • Group reporting activities on relevant metrics (i.e., service metrics, resource utilisation, etc).
  • Bid requests: Help the Security and Quality, Compliance teams and the sales organisation through managing requests for information, answering questions and responding to requests
  • Regular/ ad-hoc reporting of internal Security & Compliance support requests (Security & Compliance Support Form)
  • Maintain and update the Security Knowledge Base
  • Maintain and update the Intranet dedicated area for Security & Compliance
  • Request and follow up change requests to internal systems and processes
  • Organise collection and completion of consultancy timesheets on a monthly basis and report on resource utilisation

Experience:

  • Experience in an ICT environment
  • A working knowledge of managing an ISO Management system and internal audit
  • Knowledge on H&S requirements
  • Experience of process mapping
