                                               IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Your Role:

You would be responsible for providing high quality IT services into the organization, by supporting and maintaining the IT systems while following the IT processes for efficient support to all business users. You would be also responsible for resolving any IT-related faults quickly as per the internally set KPI’s for efficiency, including a broad range of queries from how to set up an e-mail account to system diagnostics and providing support on reported hardware issues.

Your Responsibilities:
  • To provide System Administration and support for the local staff;
  • To provide onsite support to local infrastructure;
  • To administer efficient work of servers and system and provide support to everyday operations;
  • To supervise efficient application of various window patches and security controls;
  • To take proactive ownership of incidents, escalating through to teams as required;
  • To maintain documentation of all internal site hardware/software/networking;
  • To develop and deliver technical design and implementation;
  • To promote a customer focused culture that is aligned to the business requirements;
  • To provide weekend/On Call support.
Our Requirements/ General:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Previous relevant professional experience;
  • Fluency in English Language;
  • Ability for presenting ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language;
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Strong work ethics;
  • Team work orientation;
  • Adaptability to changing environment;
  • Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills;
  • Self-driven, proactive attitude;
  • Ability for working with a minimum supervision.
Our Requirements/ Technical:
  • Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting Windows 7/8/10;
  • Good experience with server administration of Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016;
  • Good experience with troubleshooting Active Directory and related services DNS, WINS, DHCP, FRS, DFS, group policies and security protocols;
  • Experience in both internal Windows Desktop and Desktop applications, plus external product support;
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting of desktop hardware (PC, Multifunction Printers, Scanners, Mobile Devices, VOIP phones, etc.);
  • Ability to make hardware and software recommendations for particular cases during troubleshooting process;
  • O365 administration experience (provisioning licenses, Skype in cloud, migrating mailboxes and basic administration of O365) is a plus;
  • Scripting experience, preferably Powershell is a plus;
  • Experience with VMware ESX/ESXi, vCenter and Citrix is a plus;
  • Basic Networking knowledge (DMZ, Load balancers, NAT);
  • Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), SQL Server is a plus.
