                                                     RECRUITMENT LEAD
Your Role:

As a Recruitment Lead you will be fully responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process of external candidates at 60K. The function of the Recruitment Lead is to ensure smooth recruitment process and HR delivery as per the business needs of the company on the one hand, and on the other – to build and set in place a happy and knowledgeable team of highly professional Recruitment specialists who are fully aware of the business goals and requirements of the company, as well as motivated and engaged to deliver as per the business demands thus contributing for achieving sustainable growth and development of the company.

Your Responsibilities:
  • To organize and coordinate the Recruitment process and all related activities in the organization;
  • To manage and coordinate a team of Recruitment Specialists and help them achieve the recruitment targets;
  • To lead the overall communication with Middle and Senior Operational level representatives’ and act as a Business partner with regards to HR delivery as per the agreed internal and external KPIs and specific deadlines for human capital delivery;
  • To set up daily strategies and action points with regards to ensuring time and cost effective recruitment support;
  • To plan, schedule and manage the overall recruitment activity such as: setting goals/ targets to the Recruitment Specialists, supervising their performance, and ensuring proper feedback delivery as per pre-defined criteria for excellence of performance.

Our Requirements:
  • Previous professional experience as a Senior Recruiter/ Recruitment Lead/ Recruitment Manager for at least a year now;
  • Previous professional experience in managing and supervising other people’s performance, as well as developing and helping them to go extra mile;
  • Previous professional experience in the Recruitment area for at least 3 years now;
  • Previous professional experience in the BPO/ IT industry will be considered an advantage;
  • Previous professional experience in a Recruitment agency will be considered an advantage;
  • University degree in Psychology/ Business Administration/ Marketing or related;
  • Fluent English – verbal and spoken;
  • Competitive, result and goal oriented and always striving to achieve;
  • Proactive and able to work with a minimum supervision while following the overall vision and strategy for achieving sustainability in all recruitment related activities.
