Sales Executive with Dutch

If you are interested in:
• Pro-active calls with B2B customers from the IT industry
• Maintaining accurate customer master record including licenses, software and service contract expiration dates; shipping address; updating customer contact information in the CRM or other available tools required by the business
• Managing areas of focus to meet set targets and with regard to maintaining the existing customer base and revenue.
• Answering customer inquiries via e-mail or phone calls to fulfill requests for information and resolution of basic/standard issues or sales inputs within the defined SLA.
• Raising awareness regarding trends in customer defection and work cross-functionally to resolve issues related to potential dissatisfaction
• Ensuring customer queries are dealt with promptly and escalated appropriately where necessary
•Performing e-mail or outbound calls to existing or prospective customers on basic company initiatives such as: customer follow ups, sales or vendor leads and potential orders
• Probes for add on/solution selling opportunities during customer engagement conversations.
• Recognizing and routing proactive sales opportunities to management when applicable and/or enters opportunity details into available tools required by the business.
• Completing outbound calls to customer base and/or e-mail communications to existing or prospective customers on company initiatives such as: standard out-call campaigns, event recruitment, or vendor leads.

If you have gained:
• Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience;
• 1+ years of customer facing experience
• Strong knowledge in Dutch and English; both written and verbal at B2/C1 level
• Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care
• Understanding of IT/distribution industry is an advantage
• Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization is strongly recommended
• Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge of key functionalities of ERP systems is an asset
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and problem solving agility also required
• A customer driven approach and good customer management skills
• Effective time management skills
• Multi-task and respond to rapid change
• Perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency
• Ability to communicate with several levels of associates internally and externally in an accurate and professional manner
