Customer Support Team Leader

As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.


  • Good knowledge in sport (advantage).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Management experience.
  • Fluency in EN.
  • Fast-learner.


  • KPIs achievement - quality of service / Sales – KPIs.
  • Constant improvement on the operations performance.
  • Develop the agent’s strengths and reduce the weaknesses.
  • Improve the overall team performance.


  • Reporting results and performance to the direct manager on a daily, weekly, monthly basis both on personal agents and team level.
  • Spotting overall weak trends and habits in the department and actively participating in the resolution process.
  • Actively searching for missing skills and KPIs on personal and team level and providing ideas and suggestions for improvement process.
  • Close assistance in integration of newly hired employees.
  • Provide professional answer to questions during a shift + Shift managers backup.
  • Responsibility on employees satisfaction.
  • Participate in the recruitment process.
  • Create a framework for the management routines such as:
    • Team meetings.
    • Personal Meetings - personal treatment on agents' problems.
    • Feedback / QA /Bonus talk providing constant feedback on the agents’ performance.
    • Briefings .
    • Agents – work plan.
    • Coaching sessions - expanding the professional knowledge on a regular basis.
    • Live QA.
    • Checking reports on a daily basis and sending summaries.
    • On the job trainings, closely assisting in integration of newly hired employees.
    • Personal development plans for the agents.
    • Preparing useful guides/materials for the team.
    • Organizing and providing trainings.
