Team description & Purpose of Role:

This role reports to Manager, Central Sales Sofia and fits under the Central Enterprise Sales Team, who are based in Prague, Berlin and Sofia. The team is strongly multi-national and made up of 3 principle activities — remote Account Management, Sales Engineering & Sales Administration Support.

Job Responsibilities:

This role provides three distinct functions:

  1. Own as part of the team role all sub 1k MRC customers
  2. Provide administration and reporting functions to the Central Accounts Team
  3. Provide administrative functions to regional sales administration heads on large or complex bids

  • Own as part of a team function all sub 1k EUR MRC customers:
    • Respond to account queries, including upgrades, changes, ceases, billing issues and any other account activities
    • Provide timely response on all queries and actions ensuring the customer is kept informed, updated and promptly responded to
    • Own the request to order process for all of these accounts, including creating pricing, quotes, purchase orders and ensuring these services are passed to the delivery/cease teams
  • Support the CES Account Managers:
    • Taking responsibility and control over sales admin activities and hence releasing the AM's from admin workload
    • Process Credit Checks, Credit Notes, Cease Requests etc on behalf of AM or upon request
    • Provide Siebel data entry support where needed
    • Liaise with other departments and ensure sales dependencies and actions are progressing/completed on time (SOPS, Products, Pricing, Sales Engineering)
    • Responsible for IONE Trial activation and correct tracking of IONE related data in Siebel
  • Outsourced admin function from the regions
    • Input large OLO quotes into ONQT
    • Pull data from Siebel for large renewal/account changes
    • Own the simple complete moves/adds/changes process

Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a sales support or complex administration function
  • Strong computer skills and good levels of competence in main Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint desirable
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy while being able to maintain higher workload
  • Professional and articulate
  • Effective communicator able to liaise with confidence with both the internal and external parties
