WE ARE LOOKING TO EMPLOY A DYNAMIC AND ENERGETIC PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
- Provide office and administrative support to the management and other staff members;
- Conduct written and verbal communication with customers, partners and suppliers, often on behalf of CEO;
- Ability to react for personal requests of the CEO, outside the regular working time;
- Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, conference calls, internal discussions;
- Organize business travels and hotel bookings;
- Support the ad-hoc needs;
- Manage the document and communication flow in the office;
- Manage financial reports, invoices, suppliers;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and telephone calls;
- Prepare presentations, reports for the top management;
Profile of the best candidate:
- Relevant experience;
- Excellent technical and computer skills (MS Office) is a must;
- Fluent written and spoken Bulgarian and English;
- Ability to organize multiple things with multiple people;
- Proactive and able to work under pressure;
- Team spirit and positive approach;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Flexible approach in a rapidly changing environment;
