The Services include, but are not limited to, publishing of job offers by Employers and storage of job applications received by the Employer to the published job offers.
1.2. Use of the Services is possible only after a business account is registered and activated in accordance with these Terms.
1.3. Employers on whose behalf a business account is created must have a valid registration in respective official public register in the country of their registration. Employers which are companies registered in an EU member state (except the Republic of Bulgaria) or in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland are additionally required to provide proof of VAT registration.
1.4. The registration of a business account must be made by a legally capable individual who in doing so declares that they are authorized to represent the Employer, including to accept these Terms and perform actions related to the use and management of the business account on behalf of the Employer. By the very act of the registration, you declare that you meet these conditions and that the information you filled in, identifying you and the Employer, is complete and accurate.
1.5. The Employer may choose to add an administrative contact person other than the individual making the registration. In such case this contact person’s details must be indicated during the registration by the person making the registration. This will be the contact person whom our employees can contact regarding important matters related to the use of the Services. The Employer undertakes to keep this contact person’s details up-to-date.
1.6. The Employer has the option to add additional individuals - business users (“Representatives”/“Employer’s Representatives”) with access to its business account. Each such person is required to agree to these Terms before using the Services. The addition of Representatives and the determination of their rights of use of the Website is carried out by the person who made the registration and/or by another previously added Representative vested with the necessary rights to do so. By adding a Representative, you declare that you are authorized by the Employer to do so.
1.7. In relation to its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (“Regulation (EU) 2016/679”), the Employer undertakes to indicate the contact details of the person whom job applicants may contact in matters related to the protection of their personal data. (b) submission of a form signed with a valid qualified electronic signature under Regulation (EU) 910/2014 by a legal representative of the Employer as per the information entered in the Commercial Register and Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities under the Registry Agency. This method of validation is admissible only for companies registered in the Republic of Bulgaria.
1.10. In case of unsuccessful validation, JOBS.BG refuses to activate the account, and consequently the registration of the Employer and thus the contract between the Employer and JOBS.BG under these Terms are automatically terminated.

In case the validation fails or the Employer refuses to provide the additional documents required under these Terms, the account will not be activated or, accordingly, may be terminated or temporarily blocked until they are provided. JOBS.BG reserves the right to request that such documents be sent from a company e-mail address, which can be verified as belonging to the Employer.
