Our team in Sofia consists of 40+ developers and QAs who are divided into 5 teams covering our different products. We are flexible in terms of work organization - we use various agile methodologies and each team can choose the one that fits best. We work in a close collaboration with our colleagues from Germany on a daily basis. Business trips also help our good communication.

All developers can use 10% of their work time for self-development of their IT-capabilities. We provide a calm, supportive and knowledge sharing  atmosphere where everyone can learn from others.
